Change the way your marketing works

We work on optimizing Complex Sales Marketing operations or to help design initial business models of new ventures.

It’s not about fine tuning a single piece of the marketing framework.

It’s about making all the pieces work to assure a flow of qualified leads.

We take a systemic approach:

· First we check and, if necessary, re-design the marketing components,

· Then we help transform your marketing operations and team.

Our experience as Change Agents and Project Managers has been condensed into a methodology based on 4 steps, that we call:

“The Roadmap to Market”

1) Frame: assessing the baseline

2) Vision: projecting the future

3) Change: work by converging approximations

4) Rule: consolidating results

Underlying the Roadmap to Market there is constant study of two disciplines:

· Complex Sales Marketing

· Business Process Re-engineering.

We manage the Complex Sales Marketing working on the Business Model:

· Leveraging Customer Development to understand What Customer Wants

· Strategically assessing the market, the sources of competitive advantage, the    possible size and value of the opportunities and defining possible future scenarios to take into account innovation’s effects.

· Framing the Business Model Canvas to assure that all the team is on the same page.

Then we discover the buyer’s journey and we design the marketing around it.

· We conduct in-person interviews that help us understand the buyer personas, and map the buyer’s journey: how the decision process is made.

· We help tune the brand elements, select the competitive positioning and build effective Unique Selling Propositions.

· We help to shape the marketing content and identify the best media to deliver it, so that a proper “Sales Carousel” intercepts the leads and funnel them to Sales Organization.

Our goal is making this way to work a permanent model for your organization.

Your organization should be able to refine the initial working model un-definitely.

For this reason we help your team embrace this operative model, using sound Change Management Practices:

· We use certified Project Management methodologies, ranging from simple PDSA (Plan Do Study Act) till latest AGILE and SCRUM approaches

· We bring Value stream mapping methodologies derived from Lean Six Sigma

· We leverage organization’s design approaches that  take into consideration cultural differences, cognitive biases and adult learning behaviors to minimize resistances to the adoption of the new model

We used the “Roadmap to Market” in several projects since 2009, with industrial Clients and Startups, if you want to try it at no cost, ask for our promotion
